Before the sun rises, usually around 3:00 to 3:30 a.m., my morning begins with a simple yet profound ritual that sets the tone for my entire day. This routine helps me align with my highest self and detach from the mental programming that tries to pull us back into old habits. If you're here, you're ready to make that same commitment. Let's dive in.
1. Cleanse Your System – Activated Charcoal
One of my last programming habits is coffee in the morning, If you don’t drink coffee or any stimulants that is awesome. I don’t use creamers or sugars, and I am sure there are better alternatives maybe tea or something to that effect and definitely no energy drinks. But before I have any of that I have filtered water or distilled water and I take activated charcoal (this is a link to my affiliates account through Amazon. It is the activated charcoal I use) on an empty stomach. It helps clear toxins from the body, setting a clean foundation for the day. This will be all I have until my supper (sometime around 3 p.m.).
I usually intermittent fast at a 20/4 or more ratio meaning I go at least 20 hours without eating and less than four hour window to eat. If you eat the right foods you will be full, if you eat crap your body will say hey I’m still hungry (that’s the programming in a sense) what your body is telling you is hey you haven’t given me any nutients give me something good to eat. That is another entire topic about food and the lack of nutrients in it cuz there isn’t much, you may need to start taking supplements and then that’s another entire topic cuz there are so many I will make another blog soon with what I use and trust. (Read my other blog “Fasting: Things to Think About and Different Strategies to Use”). We have been programmed to eat 3 plus times a day, keeping our bodies busy digesting food instead of healing our bodies. It helps keep the body in dis-ease, (mmmh theres a word thrown around a lot). Yes weight lifters eat a lot more than that but they are usually pretty smart about what they are putting into their bodies, lean meats and other high protein meals.
2. Fire Breath & Pineal Gland Activation
Next, I spend 10 minutes practicing Fire Breath. This energizes my body and sharpens my mind. On some days, I follow it up with breathwork focused on my pineal gland, pulling light from Source and Mother Earth.
Here’s how I do it:
Inhale deeply through the nose, visualizing light entering your body.
Hold your breath and focus on the energy around your pineal gland. Picture light swirling, activating this center.
Release slowly, visualizing the energy expanding throughout your body.
3. Box Breathing for Centering
After that, I spend 5 minutes with box breathing:
Inhale for 5 seconds.
Hold for 5 to 10 seconds.
Exhale for 5 seconds.
Hold for 5-10 seconds.
This helps me reset, calm my nervous system, and align with my inner self.
4. Meditation or Healing Session
With my breath aligned, I either enter deep meditation or conduct a healing session. This is where I tune into myself, transmute energy, and tap into my powers.
5. Strength Training: Lifting Weights
By now, it’s usually before 4:15 to 4:30ish AM, and I hit the gym. Lifting weights grounds me, builds strength, and channels my energy toward something productive.
The Moment of Truth: Push Past Negative Thoughts
Right around the time you wake up, doubts and negativity might start creeping in—"Why am I doing this?" or "Maybe I should just go back to bed." This is the universe testing you.
This is your moment to choose:
Commit to becoming the real, empowered version of yourself.
Or stay stuck in the program, eating junk food, watching TV, feeling lost, and wondering why nothing changes.
If you're still reading, you’ve already made a choice—and I’m proud of you. The universe is proud of you too. But here’s the thing: This is a lifestyle.
Energy Work and Raising Your Vibration
Yes, you can get energy work done or have entities removed, but the real transformation happens when you raise your vibration through consistent practices. Clean eating, mindful breathing, and conscious living unlock your true potential.
For some, shifts happen overnight. For others, it takes time. There’s often a lot to work through:
Family and societal programming
Inherited traumas
Emotional blocks
It gets uncomfortable, even painful at times. But the key is to run toward the discomfort, not away from it.
Reflection and Journaling
Journaling helps me identify patterns, like self-sabotage, and gives me clarity on how to shift my behavior. These insights—those “Aha” moments—allow me to release and transmute traumas.
Setting Boundaries and Cutting Energetic Cords
As you awaken, you’ll begin to recognize energy vampires and people who still hold old constructs over you—those who can’t see you as the person you’re becoming. This isn't about blame. You won’t need to confront them every time.
Instead, you’ll learn to observe, set boundaries, and block their energy from entering your field and sometimes as you rise some people, jobs, and other things just aren't there anymore. This is your power: knowing what to keep out and how to maintain your energy.
Commit to Becoming the Best You
This journey isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. You’re choosing to step into the best version of yourself. Remember, it’s not about perfection—it's about consistency.
If you're ready to elevate your vibration, live authentically, and break free from old programming, you are on the right path. Keep going, and don't look back.
Closing Thoughts
There’s no turning back once you start living in alignment with your higher self. You can feel the shift when you eat clean, breathe deeply, and honor your body, mind, and soul. Whether your breakthrough happens in one day or one year, it’s all part of the process. Stay committed, keep reflecting, and let the old you fade away.
If this resonated with you, stay connected and keep an eye out for more insights on your healing journey. Remember: The universe is always rooting for you, and remember there are always ups and downs, but how you deal with them is what matters and that's where the magic is!!!
