At Path of Intentions, I believe in the power of energy work and the importance of being aware of your body and mind. As you prepare for your session, here are a few things to keep in mind to ensure the best possible experience:

I believe that true wellness comes from a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit. To fully benefit from your session, I encourage you to approach it with an open mind and positive intentions. If you expect the most out of your session every time you will be let down, but if you keep an open mind and trust the process and trust that you are receiving what you need at that time, you will have a more enjoyable experience. Remember to take care of yourself as you continue on your journey and know that I am here to support and guide you every step of the way, for you to step into your power. I recommend avoiding alcohol, drugs, sugar, porn, energy drinks, soda, fried or greasy foods, and stay hydrated before and after our sessions.

At Path of Intentions, my priority is your wellbeing. That's why, as soon as you book an appointment, I begin setting intentions to support your journey. This means that you may experience shifts and transformation even before your session takes place, as you are held in a space of love. Please keep in mind that it may take several days before your appointment, but trust that your intentions for your session are being held and that you may have a powerful and transformative experience.

My sessions are designed to help you align your body, mind, and spirit, and connect with your deepest sense of purpose. I encourage clients to take an active role in their own wellness process by making positive lifestyle choices before and after their sessions. I recommend avoiding alcohol, drugs, sugar, porn, energy drinks, and greasy foods (notice this is the second time we mention it). Get plenty of sleep and try to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you on your journey to optimal health. Be wary of family or friends that will drag you back down to their vibration if you can avoid them for a day or two do so. You may even find out who your true friends are, who really supports you and your quest, and you may lose or gain friends, a partner, a job, but it's because you are growing into what you are meant to be, and those people or things are not a frequency match to you no longer. You are an awesome Being, be in your power and don't let anyone hold you back!!!

Here at Path of Intentions, I believe in the power of mindfulness and forgiveness, especially when it comes to dealing with trauma and emotions. Your session may bring up difficult feelings, but I encourage you to respond to them with openness and curiosity, rather than fear and avoidance. By sitting with them, acknowledging them, and forgiving them, you can release their hold on you and become a stronger, more resilient person. I love you beautiful soul, open your heart and start your journey to being the best you, you can be. Thank you so much you are awesome.
